Weekly users

This chart shows the weekly unique user count, which is based on a seven-day moving average. This means we track the number of distinct users within a seven-day time window, and the average is calculated by sliding this window through the entire data set. If a user is active on multiple days within the same week, they are counted only once for that week.

Upon the installation or uninstallation of the extension, users are directed to a specific page on this website, allowing us to track the number of installations and uninstallations.

The historical data for these installation and uninstallation events are presented in the chart below.

The UltraBlock extension communicates with the API each time a user accesses a page to detect the services present on that page and to record the number of visits to the respective hostname. Furthermore, the extension also connects with the API upon every browser startup to ensure the list of services is up-to-date. Today the API processed 395.488 API calls.

The chart below presents a geographical distribution of UltraBlock users based on their countries of origin, determined using their IP addresses.

The data displayed is limited to the past 31 days, providing a clear understanding of the extension's current primary usage locations.
